EVRE an EV charging infrastructure and Park+ a parking solutions brand announce a partnership to establish 10,000 EV charging stations across India over the next two years by 2023.
This EVRE & Park+ partnership will include collaboration in acquiring spaces for setting-up smart charging & parking hubs for the logistics and people mobility segment.
EVRE will conceptualize design, manufacture, establish, operate and maintain the EV charging infrastructure and Park+ will arrange for and manage the real estate aspect of the charging hub.

Park+ is already giving its services in 1000+ apartments, 250+ corporate and 30+ malls.
In India the new charging stations will be establishe across shopping complexes, residential townships, malls, hotels and corporate parks, helping in higher utilization of the EV chargers.
The phase-wise implementation will include setting-up 300 charging hubs in Delhi-NCR by the end of 2021, 100 in Bangalore and 100 in Mumbai and Pune.
This EVRE & Park+ partnership entails a customize revenue-sharing model for each hub, including the property category and location among others.

The EVRE & Park+ partnership will benefit both EVRE and Park+ as the parking space is upgrade by providing access to charging of an electric vehicle that lies idle in the parking slot, generating revenue for the partners.
This infrastructure do well for infrastructure partners by creating affinity for the EV users at high footfall areas of shopping in arcades, malls and hotels.
