- Verify your email address when you receive an email from Sony.
- Go back to the website.
- Click Continue.
- Click Update Account.
- Choose your Online ID.

How to Create Account or Add User on a PS4 Console?
Follow These Steps :
- Turn on your PS4.
- When you see the login screen, use the controller to select New User.
- Select Create a User.
- Don’t choose Play as a Guest as this is a temporary account that gets deleted when you log out.
- Select Next on the PlayStation Network page.
- If you have an existing PSN account and are adding it to this PS4, enter your sign-in credentials.
- Use the email address and password associated with your account.
