      How to Transfer Contacts From Android to iPhone

      Android users can transfer their contacts over to an iPhone using many different methods. You can do so using of a common Google account, manually transfer contacts through a VCF file, or use the SIM card to transfer them to your iPhone.

      How to Transfer Contacts from Android to iPhone using Google Account?

      Follow These Steps :

      1. First make sure that your contacts are synced with your Google account.
      2. To do Go to Settings on your Android phone.
      3. Scroll down to Accounts.
      4. Tap on your Google account.
      5. Tap on Account sync and either tap on the three dots menu to sync everything or switch the Contacts toggle to off and then on again to sync just the contacts.
      6. Move over to your iPhone.
      7. Goto Settings.
      8. Tap on Mail.
      9. Then tap on Accounts.
      10. Tap on Add Account.
      11. Enter the same Google account as your Android phone.
      12. Make sure the Contacts toggle is turned on.
      13. You Android contacts should now be visible on your iPhone.

      How to Transfer Contacts from Android to iPhone using VCF File Method?

      Follow These Steps :

      1. Go to the Contacts app on your Android phone.
      2. Tap on the gear icon or three dots menu to select the Import/ export option.
      3. You should see two options here.
      4. Tap on Export to .vcf file.
      5. These options may differ on different Android phones.
      6. This will create a VCF file of your contacts in your phone’s storage.
      7. Send this file to your iPhone using either iTunes or simply by mailing it to yourself and using the same mail account on your iPhone to download it.
      8. Tap on Add all contacts.
      9. Your contacts should show on your iPhone.

      How to Transfer Contacts from Android to iPhone using SIM card?

      Follow These Steps :

      1. Go to Contacts app on your Android phone.
      2. Tap on the gear icon or the three dots menu.
      3. Tap on SIM card contacts and if you have a dual-SIM phone.
      4. Select the SIM card you will be using in your iPhone.
      5. Tap on the three dots menu.
      6. Select Import from phone.
      7. You will be ask to choose which contacts you want to transfer to phone.
      8. You can use the select all option to transfer all contacts or select them individually.
      9. Tap on Done.
      10. When the process completes, remove the SIM card and insert it into your iPhone.
      11. Go to Settings on your iPhone.
      12. Tap on Contacts.
      13. Tap on Import SIM Contacts and wait for the process to complete.
      14. Your contacts should now show on your iPhone.
