      IND vs PAK T20 Match : Man Dies of Cardiac Arrest While Watching | How Excitement can Trigger a Cardiac Arrest

      In a very shocking incident place as 34-year-old man died of a cardiac arrest while watching the India-Pakistan cricket match in the Shivsagar district of Assam. As per police, the incident took place in a cinema hall, where Bitu Gogoi had gone with friends to watch the live telecast of the match.

      During the match, Bitu Gogoi fell and went unconscious.

      Bitu Gogoi was immediately rush to a nearby hospital but doctors declare him dead.

      Doctors believe Bitu Gogoi had suffer a cardiac arrest because of extreme noise pollution create during the match.

      What is Cardiac Arrest?

      As per experts, a sudden cardiac arrest is the abrupt loss of heart function, breathing, and consciousness.

      This condition usually results from a problem with your heart’s electrical system which disrupts the heart’s pumping action and stops blood flow to your body. 

      If not given immediate treatment, a person suffering from cardiac arrest can die and survival is possible only with fast and appropriate medical care.

      Doctors say that about 25% of cardiac arrests happen without any indication and mostly are cause by arrhythmia, arterial blocks, or thickening of heart muscles.

      How Excitement Cause Cardiac Arrest?

      Health experts say due to sudden excitement or stress, the plaque inside cardiac arteries gets rupture and block.

      Plaque deposition often happens silently without signals.

      Doctors also believe that the adrenalin in the blood can trigger a cardiac arrest.

      Signs and Symptoms of a Sudden Cardiac Arrest
      • Sudden collapse
      • No pulse
      • Breathlessness or No breathing
      • Loss of consciousness
      • Chest discomfort
      • Weakness
      • Fast-beating, fluttering, or pounding heart (palpitations)

      Who can Suffer Cardiac Arrest?

      As per experts, you are at a higher risk for a sudden cardiac arrest if :

      • Have coronary artery disease as does most people who suffer from a cardiac arrest
      • Are older as risk increases with age
      • Are a man as according to experts, it is more common in men than women
      • Have any other ailment or condition like diabetes, high blood pressure, or chronic kidney disease
      • Have a history of heartbeats that are not regular
      • Have a personal or family history of cardiac arrests
      • Have been involved in substance abuse
      • Have had a heart attack earlier
