Mahindra XUV700 Launched in India. Mahindra XUV700 has been launch at a starting price of Rs 11.99 lakh. Also Mahindra XUV700 is available in five and seven-seat options. The Mahindra XUV700 will come in two trims MX and AX.
The AX trim will be the higher end of the spectrum further divide into three variants AX3, AX5 and AX7.
Mahindra XUV700 AX trim get both petrol and diesel engine options with manual or automatic transmission and an optional AWD as well.
The Mahindra XUV700 will have two engine options-a turbocharged mHawk diesel that puts out 185 PS and 420 Nm (MT)/450 Nm (AT), and a turbocharged mStallion petrol unit that makes 200 PS and 380 Nm.
Mahindra XUV700 have three drive modes-Zip, Zap and Zoom with a customisable drive mode.
The Mahindra XUV700 will offer an ADAS Level 1 Autonomous System.
Mahindra has also announced that it will roll out optional packs at a later date.
These packs will include features like a Sony 3D sound system, electrically-deployed Smart Door Handles, 360 Surround View, Blind View Monitoring, Electronic Park Brake and Wireless Charging.

For now the Mahindra XUV700 can only be had in the manual versions of the MX Petrol, MX Diesel, AX3 Petrol, and AX5 Petrol with a five-seat configuration.

The 2.0-litre turbo petrol engine churns out 197bhp and 380Nm of peak torque.
The 2.2-litre turbo diesel unit can be had in two states of tune.
And the higher specs will have a output of 182bhp and peak torque of 420Nm (for manual variants) and 450Nm (automatic variants), the lower specs will put out a modest 153bhp and 360Nm torque.
The six-speed manual and a six-speed automatic transmission are standard for both the guise along with an option of an all-wheel-drive setup.
