OLA recently launch its electric scooter in the Indian market. The vehicle welcome by the audience given the number of bookings it has receive even before the official launch. The scooters has been name as Ola Series S electric scooter.
This is the Ola’s first product that has been launch.
The Ola Series S scooter has two variants OLA S1 and OLA S1 Pro.
OLA S1 price set at Rs 99,999, ex-showroom and comes in a 2.98 kWh battery pack that can pull off an IDC range of 121 kilometres on a single charge with a top speed of 90 kmph and can go from 0-40 kmph in a mere 3.6 seconds.
The OLA S1 Pro variant price set at Rs 1,29,999, ex-showroom and comes in 8.5 kW motor that churns out 58 Nm of peak torque.
As per the report, Bhavish Aggarwal, co-founder of OLA, has now confirm that the Indian brand will also be launching an electric car.
He confirm that the four-wheeler will come to the road by 2023.
Bhavish Aggarwal also mention that the brand is already working and planning towards the vehicle’s make and are confident about entering the electric car space within next two years.
If we consider the rumour then the soon-to-be launch electric car is going to be develop for an urban environment.
The target audience of this upcoming offering will include both personal and fleet buyers.

“We will get into it in the next 2 years. I will discuss details as we get closer to the project.” Presently, OLA is establishing a global design hub in Bengaluru and is also said to have roped in some key members of Tata Motors electric vehicle department for doing their research work.
