WhatsApp has enable businesses to create and manage their catalogue from WhatsApp Web or desktop. WhatsApp Business has introduce the ability to let business users hide items from their catalogue that are unavailable and show those items again when they are back in stock.
How WhatsApp Business App can hide a Catalogue Item?
Follow These Steps :
- Go to Settings.
- Then go to Business tools.
- And lastly go to Catalog.
- The app will show all the items listed in the catalogue.
- Tap for more options (3 dots) icon.
- Go to Hide.
- Click HIDE.
NOTE : Business users can hide items in bulk by pressing and holding one of the items they want to hide until the green check mark comes and then Tap the other items they wanted to hide.
How WhatsApp Business App can Unhide a Catalogue Item?
Follow These Steps :
- Go to the product detail page.
- Select Unhide
Business users can also unhide items in bulk by selecting multiple items.
