Zomato will soon start instant 10-minute food delivery, company founder Deepinder Goyal said. In a blog post, he said the online food delivery platform is not putting any pressure on its delivery partners to deliver food faster but will achieve the target by relying on a dense finishing stations’ network, which is locate in close proximity to high-demand customer neighbourhoods.

The Deepinder Goyal explanation came after people on social media criticized the company’s plan terming it unnecessary and potentially dangerous for delivery partners.

Zomato Instant will start a pilot with four stations in Gurugram from April onwards.
