Mukesh Ambani’s Reliance Jio has announce 6 new JioFiber plans with free installation, free set top box and free router. As Reliance Jio has announce six new JioFiber plans for existing and new postpaid subscribers.
These plans start at Rs 399 and go up to Rs 3,999.
Users who opt for any of these plans will be eligible for a free set-top box and home installation.
All six plans for users will be available starting from 22nd April 2022.
The JioFiber postpaid plans are worth Rs 399, Rs 699, s 999, Rs 1499, Rs 2499, and Rs 3999.
These plans will be list on the official website and MyJio app when they go live within this week.
Jio also announce plans that will offer up to 14 entertainment platforms at Rs 100 – Rs 200 extra.
These entertainment apps include Disney+ Hotstar, Zee5, Sonyliv, Voot, Sunnxt, Discovery+, Hoichoi, Altbalaji, Eros Now, Lionsgate, ShemarooMe, Universal+, Voot Kids, and JioCinema.
Jio is calling these plans as entertainment and entertainment plus.
Buyers who opt for any of these new JioFiber postpaid plans will also get a free gateway router, set-top box, and installation worth over Rs 10,000 at no additional cost.
As per Reliance Jio’s announcement, the new JioFiber plans are being offer for new postpaid connections.
The benefits being offer amount to more than ₹10,000, according to Jio.
The new JioFiber plans are aim at attracting postpaid users, which would offer more ‘stickiness’ to Reliance Jio in terms of attracting and retaining broadband subscribers.
With these prepaid plans, it is as easy as plug and play to use JioFiber services, which makes the revenue streams slightly less predictable for the company.
Making postpaid plans more attractive will allow JioFiber to augment its revenue stream better, as it is not as easy as prepaid to start or stop a subscription.
As per Reliance Jio, these new JioFiber postpaid plans with free installation, set top box and router start at as low as ₹399 per month, and go all the way up to ₹3,999 per month, for the top-end 1 Gbps plan.
The JioFiber postpaid plan prices mention are not inclusive of taxes as such, you will have to pay GST of 18% over and above your JioFiber plan.
JioFiber has also announce that its postpaid users will be able to avail access to entertainment apps like Disney+ Hotstar, Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Sony Liv, Zee5, Voot Kids, Jio Cinema, among many others.
The new JioFiber postpaid plans go live on 22nd April 2022.

JioFiber Rs 399 plan
JioFiber Rs 399 plan offers unlimited internet with 30mbps speed.
Users can get access to 6 entertainment apps by paying Rs 100 extra per month (entertainment plan).
Access to 14 apps will be available if customers pay Rs 200 extra per month (entertainment plan plus).
JioFiber Rs 699 plan
JioFiber Rs 699 plan offers unlimited internet with 100mbps speed.
Users can access to 6 entertainment apps by paying Rs 100 extra per month and to 14 apps on paying Rs 200 extra every month.
JioFiber Rs 999 plan
JioFiber Rs 999 plan offers unlimited internet with 150mbps speed.
This plan also offers access to Amazon Prime Video and all the content offer on the platform.
JioFiber Rs 1499 plan
JioFiber Rs 1499 plan offers unlimited internet with 300mbps speed.
This plan also offers access to Amazon Prime Video as well as Netflix basic, worth Rs 199.
JioFiber Rs 2499 plan
JioFiber Rs 2499 plan offers unlimited internet with 500mbps speed.
This plan also offers access to Amazon Prime Video as well as Netflix standard, worth Rs 499.
Existing JioFiber postpaid users can just select the entertainment plan they wish to get in MyJio app and pay advance rental for the new plan selected.
JioFiber prepaid users will need to first initiate prepaid and postpaid migration into MyJio app.
Then after verify details by entering OTP, select the entertainment plan in MyJio app, and make advance payment for the plan chosen.
Note that you can pay an additional ₹100 per month for access to six OTT apps, or ₹200 per month for 14 OTT apps.
These add-ons are available for the ₹399 and ₹699 plans.
All the other plans already include access to all 14 OTT apps without any extra charges.
