BCCI confirm that the first IPL play-off and eliminator in Kolkata’s Eden Gardens will be held on 24th May 2022 and 25th May 2022, and second play-off and final at Ahmedabad’s Narendra Modi Stadium on 27th May 2022 and 29th May 2022.

BCCI president Sourav Ganguly had said on 23rd April 2022 :
“As far as the men’s IPL knock-out stage matches are concern, it would be held in Kolkata and Ahmedabad, with 100% attendance allow for the matches to be play after the league staged finishes on 22nd May 2022.”
As Kolkata and Ahmedabad had host the limited-overs series between India and West Indies with a 75% crowd capacity in February.
