      WHAT!! : Faf Du Plessis in Namibia Cricket Team for World Cup 2023 | Details Inside

      Actully, on 30th May 2023, the Namibian Cricket Board announce the squad for the Under-19 Men’s Regional World Cup qualifiers to be play in July.

      The Namibian Cricket Board has select a 14-man squad.

      As per the news by Cricket Namibia, the team has select only after training monitoring and tracking by the selectors.

      Many of these players have also been part of the previous Under-19 team.

      At the same time, some new names have also enter in it.

      The surprising name in this is that of Faf du Plessis.

      Which represents the Namibian cricket team.

      In such a situation, Cricket Namibia would expect him to perform like Faf Du Plessis of South Africa.

      Recently appointed Cricket Namibia Under-19 coach Oscar Nauhaus said the squad has a wealth of experience, with some members having feature in previous Under-19 World Cup qualifiers.

      The squad has a wide range of skills which will give us adaptability and flexibility in the upcoming tournament.

      As Namibian cricket team will face Nigeria, Sierra Leone, Kenya, Uganda and the host country Tanzania in the qualifier match.

      The qualifier matches will be held from 21th to 31st July 2023.
