Guests opting for Premium Flex fares get a host of complimentary services including unlimited rescheduling of flight bookings, discounted cancellation fees of only Rs. 500 for cancellations beyond 72 hours, against the standard cancellation fees of Rs. 3000, free standard seats from Row 6-11 and 15-32, 50% off premium hot seats in Rows 1-5, 12 and 14, and a free selection from their diverse menu of pre-booked meals catered by TajSATS and served hot onboard using the ovens installed in all AirAsia India aircraft.
Launching new products to enhance the flying experience and empowering guests with the flexibility to choose their preferred services has been AirAsia’s positioning.
With Premium Flex, guests can now make unlimited changes up to 2 hours prior to the scheduled flight departure, without any fees.
The ‘Premium Flex’ product can be book on all 150 direct and connecting routes across AirAsia India’s network.
