      Windows Copilot : New AI Assistant Which Changing the Way to Use Computers | Details Inside

      Microsoft has working for a long time to bring an AI assistant to Windows. They first try this in January 2015 with Cortana, but it wasn’t successful. Cortana was shut down recently, after 8 years.

      So, inspire by the AI trend start by ChatGPT, Microsoft decide to try again.

      Now they began working on a feature call as Windows Copilot.

      As they have release an early preview of Windows Copilot.

      Benefits of Windows Copilot

      When Cortana was first announce, many people were excited about the idea of having an AI assistant to help them with their daily tasks.

      So, the technology wasn’t quite there yet, and Cortana never live up to its full potential.

      But, Microsoft is trying again with Windows Copilot.

      This new AI assistant is currently in preview for Windows 11 Dev Channel Insiders.

      Microsoft Copilot is design to provide real-time assistance, helping you with tasks like writing code, composing emails, and creating presentations.

      The Microsoft Copilot can be access by clicking on a taskbar button or using the keyboard shortcut Windows + C.

      When activate, Windows Copilot will appear as a panel on the side of the screen.

      You can then give commands to the assistant, such as “type ‘hello 2yodo’” or “open Microsoft Edge.”

      The assistant will then take care of the rest, automatically typing or opening the request item.

      Also providing real-time assistance, Windows Copilot can also learn from users habits and preferences over time.

      Means that the assistant will become more accurate and helpful as it is use more.

      Windows Copilot is still in the early preview stages, but it has the potential to be a powerful productivity tool.
