- Select the ‘Mobility’ option.
- Sign up with your phone number.
- You are require to enter the OTP that you receive on your mobile phone.
- Click on the ‘My Plans’ option.
- All the details of your current postpaid plan will be shown on the website.
- If you are a prepaid customer then all details of your active plans with balance and validity details along with queue plan details will be shown.

- All you need to do is simply dial Jio’s customer care number 18008899999 or 1991 and get all the desired information about your balance and data plans.
- If you are facing any issue regarding your connection then you can also speak to a customer care executive to resolve your complaint.

- Jio users can also check their postpaid balance simply by sending an SMS ‘BILL’ to 199.
- A message will be receive on the user’s phone which will show the Jio postpaid balance that will be bill.
